On February 12, 2019, dog-lovers nationwide would have watched American Hairless Terrier, Kai, enter the ring as one of several dogs competing for the Terrier Group at the 143rd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Rewind two days, and Kai is Bryan County’s sole representative in a pack of over 3,000 entries for the title. Coupled with the fact that Kai is the youngest dog in his breed to win Nationals, you’ve got quite the spokesman for dog showing in Richmond Hill.
